The project was initiated by the Pega paga bien team. It focuses on the issue of temporary poverty in Chile, which has been exacerbated by factors such as the influx of immigrants and the COVID - 19 pandemic. This problem is particularly prominent in the Santiago Metropolitan Region and the northern areas. Immigrant groups face employment difficulties due to issues like non - recognition of their qualifications and language barriers, and are prone to falling into long - term poverty. The core of the solution is to build a digital platform. Through functions such as personalized legal guidance and job matching, the platform helps immigrants obtain legal employment. At the same time, it mobilizes the efforts of multiple parties including NGOs and government agencies to address the problem from three dimensions: preventing long - term poverty, promoting social integration, and protecting vulnerable groups. Distinct from traditional job - hunting websites and embassy services, this platform features multilingual support, employer trust verification, and social integration training. In the initial stage, it will promote the platform through pilots, collect feedback, and continuously optimize its functions.
