Abstract:"Attracting foreign investment" and "foreign investment" are the two directions of opening up. Looking at the world, so far few countries have managed and controlled the attraction of foreign investment and foreign investment in a logical and consistent manner; and few scholars have conducted in-depth explorations of their inherent unity of opposites. This manuscript takes the following three perspectives: the spillover effects of foreign direct investment, the environment and capabilities of foreign investment, and the dynamic mechanism of foreign investment by developing countries (ie dynamic IDP theory). The research carried out and its phased results are shared with readers.
