Latin business environment: location advantages and strategy to compete – based on best practice of Spanish MNCs

Abstract:from the perspective of typical Latin American investors, this paper analyzes the stage characteristics and strategic choices of Spanish enterprises' investment in Latin America, discusses the regional advantages and the changing characteristics of investment environment in Latin America, and studies the experiences and lessons that Chinese enterprises, as latecomers of investing in Latin American market, should learn from, and gives corresponding suggestions.
