Abstract:Chinese enterprises have made remarkable achievements in overseas investment from scratch and from small to large. It is the established goal of China's "going out" development strategy to develop and strengthen China's multinational companies and make them win competitive advantages on the world stage. In the process of achieving this goal, how to establish the long-term development strategy of the enterprise, including the regional positioning of the enterprise development, the product field, the localization management strategy, the enterprise vision, etc., is an important topic in front of the enterprise decision-makers. In recent years, Chinese enterprises have begun to pay attention to the Latin American market, and Brazil has become one of the emerging hot spots of China's foreign direct investment.
