On the morning of October 15, 2024, Everton Coelho de Medeiros, a researcher from Brazil's National Service for Industrial Training (SENAI), visited Tsinghua University's Department of Industrial Engineering, where he engaged in a productive exchange with Professor Yu Ming. This visit was organized by the Tsinghua Latin America Center.

Professor Yu Ming welcomed Everton, providing an overview of the department's background, structure, and international exchange initiatives. Everton, in turn, gave a brief introduction to SENAI. The two discussed potential areas for future collaboration in a warm and friendly exchange.

After the meeting, Everton toured the Basic Industrial Training Center, led by Professor Li Fan.
