Abstract:the first half of the article "Chinese enterprises investing in Latin America: complex situation and rare opportunities" was published in the third issue (64 issues) of 2014 to analyze the status of Chinese enterprises investing in Latin America and the reasons for its formation. The second half of the article is published in this issue to discuss the new opportunities for Chinese enterprises to invest in Latin America.
