Abstract:in recent years, with the frequent exchanges of visits between senior leaders of China and Latin American countries, the development of various Sino Latin American economic and trade forums, and the signing of a large number of economic cooperation documents, Chinese enterprises are increasingly enthusiastic about investment in Latin America. However, the reality of Chinese enterprises' investment in Latin America is not consistent with the current investment fever in Latin America. In recent years, more than 60% of China's foreign investment has gone to Asia, and only about 15% of China's investment in Latin America, of which 90% has gone to tax-free island countries such as the Virgin Islands and the Caymans.
