5th Latin American and Caribbean Ambassadors’ Dialogue at Tsinghua University
Activities Insights：
I was fortunate to participate in the Latin American Ambassadors’ Dialogue at Tsinghua University. I was in charge of the sign - in work at the entrance and news writing. Experiencing this grand event of China - Latin America exchanges from start to finish, I reaped a great deal and felt deeply touched.
During the event preparation and implementation, the sign - in post allowed me to directly interact with envoys from various countries and participating guests. From meticulously checking information, warmly guiding them to enter the venue, to patiently answering their questions, every step tested my communication skills and sense of responsibility, and made me truly feel the strict norms of foreign affairs activities. The news - writing task, on the other hand, enabled me to step out of the bystander's perspective. I listened attentively to the guests' speeches, sorted out the core content of the event, and closely witnessed the communication and consensus between Latin American countries and China in fields such as culture, education, and development. I deeply understood the great significance of this event in building a communication bridge between China and Latin America and enhancing mutual trust and cooperation.
This experience not only honed my practical abilities in overall coordination, writing, and cross - cultural communication but also broadened my international perspective. I witnessed with my own eyes that universities, as a link for exchanges, have built an excellent platform for interactions between Chinese and Latin American youths and mutual learning among civilizations. I also came to a profound understanding of the responsibilities and missions of youths in international exchanges. In the future, carrying this harvest and understanding, I will keep paying attention to the international exchange cause, strive to improve myself, and aspire to be an active participant and promoter of friendly exchanges between China and foreign countries.
有幸参与拉美大使荟清华活动，我负责现场门口签到与新闻撰写工作，全程亲历这场中拉交流盛会，收获满满、感触颇深。
活动筹备与开展期间，签到岗位让我直面各国使节与参会嘉宾，从细致核对信息、热情引导入场，到耐心解答疑问，每一个环节都考验着我的沟通能力与责任心，也让我真切感受到外事活动的严谨规范。而新闻撰写工作，更是让我跳出旁观者视角，深入聆听嘉宾发言、梳理活动核心内容，近距离感受拉美各国与中国在文化、教育、发展等领域的交流共识，深刻体会到这场活动为中拉搭建沟通桥梁、增进互信合作的重要意义。
此次经历，不仅让我锻炼了统筹协调、文字写作与跨文化沟通的实践能力，更拓宽了国际视野。我亲眼见证高校作为交流纽带，为中拉青年互动、文明互鉴搭建优质平台，也深刻认识到青年在国际交流中的责任与使命。未来，我会带着这份收获与感悟，持续关注国际交流事业，努力提升自我，争做中外友好交流的参与者与推动者。
